Sign Distributing has the right to reject acceptance of orders for any reason.

Unless paid by credit card or COD all payments are due within 30 days from the billing date.  All open accounts require a valid MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card and agree to pay any open invoice older than 45 days from the invoice date with MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card.  A finance charge of 1.5% (APR 18%) will be accessed to any account with an unpaid balance over 30 days old, or a minimum of $1.00 per month for a balnce under $67.00.  It is further agreed that in the event of default in the payment of amount due, to pay any and all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs incurred and permitted by laws governing these.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practice. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the prices indicated. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.

We may withdraw any proposal if not accepted by way of fax, e-mail or phone call within 30 days.

Our Prices

Unless otherwise stated in writing all prices are F.O.B. St. Louis, MO.

Payments

We accept credit cards (Master Card, Visa and Discover), company checks, cashier checks or money orders.

Unless you have a pre-approved open account with us, all orders must be paid in full when your order is placed.

Returns

Sign Distributing will accept returns of all standard products.  For your return to be processed you must get a RMA number from Sign Distributing by calling within 10 days from the date of received shipment.  Unless the product was received faulty, damaged, or wrong product received or shipped to wrong address by our error, all returns must be sent to us freight prepaid and returns will not be accepted on products used or not in new condition.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges will not be applied to any order cancelled before it has been shipped. Customer will pay all shipping charges on all orders cancelled after product has already been shipped.  Product may be returned by following requirements listed under returns.  There will be a $10.00 charge for any order cancelled after the product has been shipped.

Ordering

Order Processings:  On standard stock items the order will be shipped same day if order is placed Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays) before 3:30 PM central time. Order processing for any customer order will be indicated in written estimate.

Shipping

Please indicate your preferred shipping method. If we are not given instructions, we will ship cheapest way  through our standard carriers. If Motor Freight shipments are requested, there may be a skidding charge for necessary packaging and banding. We ship all orders prepaid unless told otherwise.

3rd Party Freight: Handling charges will be added to all orders requesting 3rd party billing.

Product Use:

Sign Distributing reserves the right to use all products in advertising, and as samples unless otherwise clearly specifed in writing at the time an order is placed with us.
