Do you sell to individual customers?

Our competitively priced products are sold only to approved wholesale customers. We do not sell to the public.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We also offer net 30 billings terms for approved customers. Invoices are sent via email or fax in order to reduce costs.  Please provide us with your preferred email address or fax number so that you receive our invoices.

When will my order ship?

We provide same day shipping on all orders placed by email, phone, or fax prior to 3:30 pm CST. We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

When will I receive my order?

You can log into your account to track your order, and an e-mail containing shipping information will be sent to you once the order is shipped. All orders ship via UPS ground from St. Louis, Missouri. Standard ground delivery times are detailed on the map below.
